The valley around Johnson City, Jonesborough and Kingsport sits on folded limestone, shale and dolomite, where the soils are often heavy clay and some fields are pitted with limestone sinks. • You get a written estimate that separates the building package, foundation, sitework, septic, utilities and finish-out.
• We check who issues the building permit for your parcel: a city, a county, or the state residential program.
• We line up the septic evaluation early, because a rural lot without an approved system is not a buildable lot.
• Condensation control and insulation are part of the plan from the first drawing, not an afterthought.
• You get a schedule that follows the inspection stages: foundation, framing and rough-in, then final.
